You can change or cancel your appointment easily online.

1. Go to roandi.co.uk/book

2. Click on Log in

3. Enter your phone number and click send code.
   This will send a code via SMS to your phone.

4. Enter the code and click verify.

5. Click ‘Menu’ then ‘My Appointments’

6. Click on the appointment you want to amend.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your beauty appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

You can make changes to your appointment using logging in to your online booking account, by emailing chorley@roandi.co.uk, or by calling the salon on 01257 264 715.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or significantly amended with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge if we are unable to fill the appointment time.

This also applies where part of a booked appointment is cancelled within the 24-hour period.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and may be subject to a charge.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment may need to be shortened or, where there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment, rescheduled. In these circumstances, a charge may apply.

Why we have a cancellation policy

Our beauty therapists reserve dedicated time specifically for each client. Late cancellations and missed appointments often leave us unable to offer that time to somebody else.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for giving us as much notice as possible if your plans change.

5. Click ‘Menu’ then ‘My details’

6. Click ‘Edit details’

7. Edit, add or remove the information you’d like and click 'Save’.
